Orange Barrel Report Jan. 26th

(KBSI) — The Illinois Department of Transportation will close Interstate 255 in St. Clair County for six months starting Feb. 1, weather permitting.
The closure is part of a project funded by Rebuild Illinois to repair the roadway, bridges, and improve safety, lighting, signing and drainage.
In addition, the left lane of westbound U.S. 150 will be closed starting Feb. 3 for two weeks, followed by intermittent daytime lane closures, as crews demolish the old eastbound structure of the McClugage Bridge.
Meanwhile, in Missouri, Route 142 in Butler County will be closed Jan. 27 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. as crews replace a culvert under the roadway. The closure will be between Route EE and County Road 265 near Neelyville.
