(KBSI) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans a week-long closure on KY 802/New York Road in Ballard County, north of Blandville, starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 7.
The closure, located at mile point 2.619, is necessary for repairs to a bridge over Stovall Creek.
This is along KY 802 between KY 286 and KY 121. Road closed signs and barricades will be installed at these intersections.
Route OO in Cape Girardeau County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge maintenance.
This section of roadway is located from County Road 375 to County Road 379 near Gordonville, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, July 15 through Thursday, July 17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
Route U in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform asphalt overlay.
This section of roadway is located from Route WW to County Road 730 near New Madrid, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, July 1 through Friday, Aug. 1 from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. While work is underway, flaggers will be in place to guide traffic.
