(KBSI) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to close a section of KY 1346/Roosevelt Road near Nanney Neal Road in Calloway County on Thursday, July 24 for roadway repairs.
The road will be closed at mile point 1.38, east of Dexter.
The work is expected to take place between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting.
A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) will begin installing edge rumble strips along a section of KY 121/Court Street/Mayfield Road in Ballard County, starting at around 3 p.m. today, Tuesday, July 22.
Crews will be working along KY 121 near Wickliffe, between KY 286 and Freeman Road, or about mile points 8.35 to 5.4.
The work follows recent paving in this area and is expected to take approximately two days to complete, weather permitting.
Route O in Pemiscot County will be closed as construction crews replace a box culvert under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located from County Road 559 to County Road 561 near Cooter, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, July 29 with completion anticipated Thursday, Oct. 2. This work zone will remain in place until work is completed.
