(KBSI) Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews perform drainage repairs. Lane closures will be in place overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., but motorists should expect crews to be present throughout the day. Work will be underway 24 hours a day.

This section of roadway is located from Brittany Drive to Wilson Road in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, June 30 with anticipated completion Friday, Oct. 31.

Route M in Scott County will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews perform bridge maintenance.

This section of roadway is located from Dames Ave in Chaffee to Western Ave in Scott City, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 23 through Tuesday, September 30 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A contractor for the Canadian National Railway plans to close KY 1301, also known as Harper Road, in Hickman County during the week of June 23 to 27.

KY 1301 is located off U.S. 51, approximately three miles north of Clinton.

A crew will replace the railroad crossing between mile points 0-1.406.
The closure will begin promptly at 7 a.m. on Monday, June 23, and the roadway is expected reopen by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 27.
