Orange Barrel Report June 4th

(KBSI) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to reopen KY 1129 between KY 94 and KY 239 in Fulton County tomorrow.

This follows the completion of three new bridges – Sampson Branch Bridge, Brush Creek Bridge and Sublett Creek Bridge – located between mile points 7.47 and 7.917. While the bridges will be open to traffic, additional paving work is scheduled for later this summer.

Route N in Bollinger and Cape Girardeau counties will be reduced to one lane with an 11-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform scrub seal and add shoulders to the roadway.

This section of roadway is located between Route 51 in Bollinger County and Route 25 in Cape Girardeau County.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 16 through Friday, Aug. 29 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
