(KBSI) — A section of Friedman Lane in Paducah will be closed to traffic starting April 2 for the replacement of a deteriorated storm pipe.
Contractors working for the City of Paducah will replace 256 linear feet of pipe with a 48-inch diameter concrete pipe. The project also involves reconstructing three concrete structures.
The closure is expected to last approximately 10 days.
In a separate project, Route U in Butler and Stoddard counties will be closed starting April 14 for bridge rehabilitation work over the Saint Francis River. The closure will remain in place until the project’s anticipated completion on July 23.
