CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform utility work.  

This section of roadway is located between Kimbel Lane to Donna Drive in Jackson, Missouri. 

Weather permitting, work will be underway Tuesday, March 10 and Wednesday, March 11 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.  

KY 339 in Graves County has reopened to traffic between eastern and western sections of Shaw Road.

KY 339 was closed at mile point 35.17 in early December to allow for the construction of a new bridge over Brush Creek. This is along KY 339 between Lowes and Melber.

Use caution where the new bridge deck and approaches are compacted gravel. Paving will be scheduled later in the spring.
