Orange Barrel Report May 13th

(KBSI) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Lyon County Highway Maintenance Crew plans a daytime closure on KY 810 between the KY 810 interstate overpass and George Thomas Road tomorrow.

A crew will replace a cross drain near the 5.4-mile marker of KY 810, west of Kuttawa.

Work will begin at 8:30 a.m. and is expected to be completed by 2:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Route 51 will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs on the Chester Bridge over the Mississippi River.

This section of roadway is located from County Road 946 near Claryville, Missouri to E Kaskaskia Street in Chester, Illinois.

Weather permitting, work will take place Thursday, May 15 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
