(KBSI) The Illinois Department of Transportation announced today that maintenance work on the Interstate 64 bridge over Illinois 37 will begin overnight Wednesday, weather permitting.
The eastbound lane of I-64 at milepost 80 and the entrance ramp from Illinois 37 to eastbound I-64 will be closed.
Southbound Interstate 55 in Scott County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge deck and joint maintenance.
This bridge is located over Ramsey Creek at marker 89 near Scotty City, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 9 through Thursday, June 12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The work zone will remain up till work is completed.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Graves County Highway Maintenance Crew plans to close a section of KY 1820, starting at 8 a.m. today, for roadway repairs.
Crews will remove an existing concrete box culvert that carries a tributary of Mayfield Creek under the roadway and replace it with a prefabricated aluminum culvert.
Work is expected to be completed by June 2, weather permitting.
