(KBSI) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is planning a work zone lane restriction on KY 1954/John Puryear Drive in McCracken County starting at 7 a.m. tomorrow.

A crew will be repairing a drain at mile point 6, near Hovekamp Road. One southbound lane will be blocked just past the traffic light at KY 450/Oaks Road.
Work is expected to be completed by 2 p.m., weather permitting.

Route 61 in Perry and Cape Girardeau counties will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs.

This section of roadway is located from Route KK in Cape Girardeau County to Route F in Perry County, near Old Appleton, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 2 through Thursday, June 5 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
