(KBSI) A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is planning daytime lane restrictions on KY 58, east of Fulgham in Hickman County, starting Monday, November 17.

The work zone will be located at mile point 19.1, approximately a half mile west of KY 3061. Crews will be placing materials to repair a section of pavement that has been washed out.

Motorists should watch for signage, expect one-lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers, and be prepared for intermittent delays of approximately 15 minutes while concrete is placed.

Please slow down and use caution in the work zone.

The work is expected to last until Friday, Nov. 21, weather permitting.

Route 61 in New Madrid County will be reduced as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a culvert under the roadway.

This section of roadway is located from Route 62 to Route D near Lilbourn, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Nov. 17 and Tuesday, Nov. 18 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
