CARLISLE COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A KYTC contractor is planning to close KY 1371 in Carlisle County at mile point 5.02, near Larry Reddick Road, starting Monday, Oct. 26, weather permitting, for a bridge replacement project. This is located between KY 1377 and KY 1935.
Construction estimate is about 3 months.
Southbound Interstate 55 in Pemiscot County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located from mile marker 17.4 to mile marker 19.2.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Oct. 26 through Thursday, Oct. 29 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will begin the demolition of the bridge deck on the Hamilton Avenue bridge over Interstate 65 (I-65) in Davidson County this weekend.
A full closure of I-65 is required to complete this work, and a ramp closure is now added to the traffic plan to improve safety and traffic operations during demolition.
