(KBSI) Eastbound and Westbound Interstate 155 in Pemiscot County will be reduced to one lane with a 14-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform median barrier wall repairs.
This section of roadway is located from mile marker 9 to mile marker 10.
Weather permitting, the work will take place Monday, Nov. 3 through Thursday, Nov. 6 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The work zone will remain in place until the work is complete.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
A contractor for Paducah Water plans to temporarily close a section of KY 998/Olivet Church Road on Tuesday, Oct. 21 and Wednesday, Oct. 22 to relocate pipeline utilities.
The closure will be just north of its intersection with KY 1286/North Friendship Road, or about mile point 1.72.
Signs and message boards will be posted at multiple points along Olivet Church Road and North Friendship Road.
Motorists turning onto Olivet Church Road from North Friendship Road will be limited to making a left turn only.
