Paducah Chamber breakfast to feature State of the City and County address

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — The Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce will host its January Power in Partnership Breakfast on Jan. 8, featuring the annual “State of the City and County” address.
Paducah Mayor George Bray and McCracken County Judge-Executive Craig Clymer will serve as the featured speakers. The event is sponsored by the Paducah-McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency.
The breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Paducah-McCracken County Convention Center. Pre-registration is required by 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, and can be completed at paducahchamber.org or by calling 270-443-1746. Power Card holders are not required to pre-register. The cost to attend is $25.
Bray is serving his second term as mayor and became the first Paducah mayor re-elected since 2008 following his 2024 victory. He also serves as chairman of the Paducah-McCracken County Industrial Development Authority, vice chairman of the Paducah Metropolitan Planning Organization, and is a board member of Greater Paducah Economic Development and the Paducah Area Community Reuse Organization. Bray additionally serves on the Kentucky Nuclear Economic Development Authority, which focuses on advancing nuclear energy development statewide.
Clymer is in his second term as McCracken County judge-executive and serves as chair of the Paducah Area Community Reuse Organization Board, as well as a board member of Greater Paducah Economic Development. He previously served as McCracken Circuit Judge from 1998 to 2017 and as McCracken District Judge from 1993 to 1997. After retiring from the bench, he joined the law firm Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP.
