Paducah man arrested, charged with rape of minor female

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Dennis R. Hines, 71, of Paducah was arrested Jan. 10 and charged with first-degree rape of a juvenile female.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation last week into allegations that the victim was sexually assaulted by Hines, who was responsible for her care.

Hines has two prior convictions for sexually assaulting minors under 12 and is currently on probation for the second conviction.

He is being held at the McCracken County Regional Jail.
