Paducah man arrested on Kentucky warrant for multiple felony charges

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) – Justin R. Simpson, 39, of Paducah, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from Kenton County, Kentucky, according to authorities.

Simpson faces charges of incest, rape, sodomy, unlawful transaction with a minor and sexual abuse.

Detective Dylan Cook’s investigation led to the discovery of an outstanding warrant for Simpson’s arrest.

Cook identified Simpson’s vehicle and its registration, and with the help of the Flock Safety Camera system, officers tracked the vehicle’s movements in Paducah.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 700 block of Kentucky Avenue, where Simpson was confirmed as the driver.

He was taken into custody on the Kenton County warrant and transported to the McCracken County Jail.
