Paducah man facing drug charges after traffic stop

PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – A Paducah man faces drug charges after a traffic stop in Paducah.

William R. Conner, 55, of Paducah faces charges of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (>or= 2 grams of methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess/possession of marijuana.

A deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of 21st Street in Paducah for a traffic violation on October 22.

During the traffic stop, the deputy searched the vehicle.

Deputies found approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine in multiple baggies, marijuana, and other items of drug paraphernalia, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.

Conner was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
