Paducah man facing meth charge after traffic stop

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Paducah man faces drug and other charges after a traffic stop Tuesday in McCracken County.
John M. Day, 46, faces charges of disregarding a stop sign, driving on a DUI suspended license and possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine).
McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on a black Volkswagen sedan for a traffic violation on Old Highway 60 about 10:19 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18.
Day had a suspended Kentucky operator’s license and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
John was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
