Paducah man facing rape charge, accused of sexual relationship with juvenile

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Paducah man faces a rape charge after the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office says he had a sexual relationship with a juvenile under the age of 16.
Kaleb Terry, 28, of Paducah faces a charge of rape third degree.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Social Services on Tuesday, April 18 regarding a sexual assault involving a juvenile under the age of 16.
McCracken County detectives conducted an investigation and learned that Terry had allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the juvenile.
Kaleb Terry was interviewed and confessed that he has had a sexual relationship with the juvenile, according to the sheriff’s office.
Terry was arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
