Paducah police arrest man wanted in assault cases

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Coryaunta Rhodes, 32, of Paducah, was arrested Thursday by the Paducah Police Department’s Drug Unit.

Rhodes was taken into custody in the 1300 block of North 10th Street after detectives found him with approximately 2.5 ounces of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

He was wanted on outstanding warrants for assault charges in two separate cases, according to police.

Rhodes was lodged in the McCracken County Jail on charges including trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault and strangulation.
