Paducah police arrest three in methamphetamine trafficking investigation

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — A months-long investigation into methamphetamine trafficking in Paducah led to the arrest of three individuals on Friday, March 28, 2025.

The Paducah Police Department’s Drug Unit launched the investigation after receiving tips about suspected drug activity.

Detectives identified Jerome McGee, 40, as a suspect, alleging he was selling methamphetamine from his apartment.

A search warrant executed at McGee’s residence yielded nearly 30 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, and plastic bags.

Further investigation implicated Charles Anderson, 56, and Tony Waldridge, 54, as additional suspects.

Anderson was found with 28 grams of methamphetamine in his shirt pocket, while Waldridge was carrying 56 grams.

All three suspects were arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.

The suspects face various charges, including trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anderson and Waldridge also had outstanding warrants for previous offenses.
