Paducah Police Department releases statement on arrest of former officer

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — The Paducah Police Department acknowledged the recent arrest of Ryan Conn, a former officer, in a statement released Monday.

In the interest of transparency, the department said Conn was employed by the Paducah Police Department from March 2007 until December 2018.

Officials said the investigation is being handled by the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department and directed any questions regarding the case to that agency.

The statement was issued at 2 p.m.
