Paducah police investigate Sunday morning shooting

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — The Paducah Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday morning in the 5200 block of Parkside Drive.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire and found evidence of the shooting at an apartment. The victim, who had been transported to a local hospital by private vehicle, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and released.

Detectives identified Tony M. Wilson, 30, of Paducah, as a suspect in the investigation. Wilson is described as a black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

The Paducah Police Department is seeking Wilson on charges of assault and burglary. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the department at 270-444-8550 or submit an anonymous tip through CrimeStoppers.
