Paducah Police investigating shots fired

PADUCAH, KY  (KBSI) — The Paducah Police are investigating after officers responded to several shots fired calls in the 2700 block of Trimble Street.

While officers were on their way to the scene, they saw a black SUV driving rapidly towards Baptist Health Paducah.

When officers arrived at the hospital, they were notified that a man had entered with a gunshot wound, and he was transported to an out-of-state hospital for further medical treatment.

Officers found several shell casings in the road at Trimble Street, and are asking that if anyone has information regarding this incident to call the Paducah Police Department at (270) 444-8550
