Paducah police seek public’s help in ATM theft investigation

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Paducah police are asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects accused of stealing money from an ATM on Wayne Sullivan Drive.

Officers responded around 1:57 p.m. Friday to a bank in the 3200 block of Wayne Sullivan Drive after reports of an ATM theft. Investigators said two Hispanic men illegally accessed the machine the previous evening and took an undisclosed amount of money.

Through the bank, officers learned of a similar incident investigated by the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department at another branch. The two agencies are now working together to share information and pursue leads. Detectives with the sheriff’s department obtained surveillance images of the suspects.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect 1: Hispanic male, 20–30 years old, short dark hair, last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark face covering.

Suspect 2: Hispanic male, 20–30 years old, short dark hair, last seen wearing a black and white striped shirt with the word “Luxury” on the front and a tattoo on his right forearm.

Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
