Paducah to host Red, White & Blues Block Party

PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) — The City of Paducah is partnering with Bryant Law Center to host the first annual Red, White & Blues Block Party on Saturday, May 30.
The free event will take place from noon to 10 p.m. along Washington Street and South Sixth Street in downtown Paducah.
Organizers say the event will honor local first responders and feature live country, soul and blues music throughout the day.
Scheduled performances include The Gentlemen Tonics featuring Congressman Morgan McGarvey and David Bryant from noon to 1:30 p.m., followed by The Todd Hill Orchestra, Soul Dog, Solid Rock’it Boosters and The Cruisers.
The event will also include food trucks and a beer tent. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
City officials say setup for the event is already underway.
