Parma issues no burn order until further notice

PARMA, Mo., (KBSI) — The Parma Department of Public Safety has issued a no burn order until further notice due to weather conditions and concerns about water supply.

The order was issued by Chief Dennis Young and prohibits all outdoor burning.

Officials said violators will be issued court summonses.

The department urged residents to comply with the order and said updates will be provided when conditions improve.
