Paxton DeLaurent SEMO’s first finalist for unique Scholar-Athlete award

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KBSI) — Southeast Missouri quarterback Paxton DeLaurent is one of 13 finalists for the 2024 FedEx Doris Robinson Scholar-Athlete Award.

Delaurent is the first SEMO player up for this award, which is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary season and honors an FCS student-athlete who exemplifies excellence on the field, in the classroom, and across the community.

Each finalist will be profiled on TheAnalyst.com in November before the recipient will be announced on December 10th.
