Perryville man dies in two-vehicle crash

PERRY COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI)- A Perryville man died in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday, March 17.

The crash took place on US 61 around 6:20 p.m. when emergency crews were called out.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, 36-year-old Taber Bell of Perryville was driving south on US 61 in his Ford F150 and 43-year-old Casey Doll of St. Mary was driving north in a Dodge Ram 1500.

Bell crossed the center line and struck the front of Doll’s vehicle on US 61 at County Road 910, according to a report by the MSHP.

Bell was pronounced dead at the scene by the Perry County Coroner William Bohnert.

Doll had moderate injuries.
