Perryville Public Works installs water fill system

PERRYVILLE, Mo. (KBSI) – A new source of water for the commercial industry is being put to use in Perryville.

Public Works Director Jeff Layton says the new water fill system is a great tool for farmers and trucks needing to buy water in bulk, rather than having to use fire hydrants for the source.

“So the idea of our bulk water fill station is, they go, it’s like a vending machine, they go there and they bring a three-inch hose, and they can connect to our machine,” said Layton.

The system is easy to use and connects to the water tower found on Toohey Drive near TG Missouri.
