Police investigate armed robbery in Carbondale
CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — Carbondale police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Sunday evening.
According to police, a victim reported being approached by four black males who exited a black Chrysler 300 with firearms and demanded the victim’s property. The incident occurred around 6:20 p.m. in the area of West Mill and South James streets.
The suspects fled in the vehicle, last seen heading west on West Mill Street. The victim was not injured.
