Police investigate Trimble Street shooting in Paducah

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Paducah Police Department is investigating a shooting reported Tuesday evening on Trimble Street.
Officers responded about 6:45 p.m. Jan. 6 to the 2700 block of Trimble Street after receiving multiple reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found one person who had been shot.
Police rendered aid at the scene before the victim was taken to a local hospital and later transferred to an out-of-state facility with non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives said the suspect or suspects arrived at and fled the scene in a gold-colored passenger vehicle.
