Poplar Bluff man dies in motorcycle crash in Butler County

BUTLER COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A Poplar Bluff man died in a motorcycle crash in Butler County Monday afternoon.

Dwight C. Sanders, 77, of Poplar Bluff was driving a 2009 Harley Davidson eastbound on Route PP seven miles west of Poplar Bluff.

His motorcycle ran off the right side of the road, overturned and ejected him, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

This is the 28th deadly crash for Troop E in 2024.
