Poplar Bluff man faces child porn, failure to register as a sex offender charges

(KBSI) – A Poplar Bluff man faces promoting child pornography and failure to register as a sex offender charges.

James Wilson Graham, 65, of Poplar Bluff was arrested as a result of an investigation conducted by members of the Division of Drug and Crime Control’s Digital Forensics Investigative Unit.

Investigators executed a search warrant on Tuesday, June 14 at Graham’s home on South Westwood Boulevard in Poplar Bluff. Investigators seized child pornography and a cellular telephone.

On Wednesday, June 15, the Butler County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office formally charged Graham with six counts of promoting child pornography and two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

Graham remains in custody at the Butler County Jail with no bond.
