Poplar Bluff police ask for help identifying driver after juvenile struck by SUV

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (KBSI) – Police Bluff police ask for the public’s help identifying a vehicle after a juvenile was injured in a hit and run Tuesday.
Witnesses told police a red SUV struck a male juvenile as he was on his way to a bus stop in the 1100 block of W. Harper Street on October 17 at 8:11 a.m.
The driver of the SUV did not stop.
A neighbor drove the victim to the hospital. Hee was later transferred to Saint Louis Children’s Hospital, according to Poplar Bluff Police Department. The seriousness of his injuries is unknown.
Officers have surveillance video and pictures of what they believe is the suspect’s vehicle.
