Pulaski County man faces new drug charges after warrant arrest

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A man was arrested on a probation warrant and now faces additional drug charges, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said Joshua Porrett was taken into custody on an active warrant. During the arrest, authorities reported finding about 3.2 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Porrett is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in addition to the probation warrant.

The charges are allegations, and Porrett is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
