Quatro’s Deep Pan Pizza celebrates 50 years in Carbondale

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — The Carbondale Chamber of Commerce will host a Ribbon Cutting Celebration & Business After Hours on Aug. 21 to mark Quatro’s Deep Pan Pizza’s 50th anniversary in the city.

The celebration will take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Quatro’s Deep Pan Pizza, 218 W. Freeman St. Guests will enjoy light refreshments, networking opportunities and a chance to share their favorite Quatro’s memories.

The City of Carbondale will also present an official proclamation recognizing Quatro’s contributions to the city during the Aug. 26 city council meeting.

“Quatro’s is more than just a pizza place — it’s a part of our city’s identity,” said William Lo, executive director of the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce. “For 50 years, they’ve brought people together around great food, and we’re excited to honor their legacy.”
