LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Halo just recalled its projector flashlights. They say a child can disassemble the projector flashlight and access the cell batteries. This poises an injection and choking hazard.

Consumers should contact Halo for a full refund. The company will also send you a $5 gift card.

This impacts over 82,000 units.

E-filliate is recalling its DeWalt wireless earphones. The company says they can overheat when being used or charged. This poises burn and fire hazards.

Consumers should contact E-filliate to receive a pre-paid shipment label to return the product. You will later get a free replacement.

This impacts over 301,000 units.

This next recall is in place after reporting two deaths. Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare just recalled its portable bed rails. When attached to an adult bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the rail and the side of the mattress. This poises a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation.

If you have this bed rail, the company will give you a free refund.

This impacts over 490,000 units.
