Reynolds County driver faces pending DWI–drugs charge after traffic stop

REYNOLDS COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — A Reynolds County sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on Highway 21 near Highway 34 on December 3 and determined the driver showed signs of impairment, according to the sheriff’s office.
The driver, identified as David Winchester, is facing pending charges for driving while intoxicated – drugs.
The sheriff’s office noted that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and said it remains committed to enforcing impaired driving laws and promoting roadway safety.
