Ribbon-cutting ceremony planned in Uptown Jackson to mark mural anniversary

JACKSON, Mo. (KBSI) — A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled in Uptown Jackson as part of the Jackson in Bloom celebration.

The event will mark the 30th anniversary of the Uptown Andrew Jackson Mural, a longtime community landmark.

Local leaders, community members and representatives from the Uptown Jackson Revitalization Organization are expected to attend.
