Saxony Lutheran High School holds send off for girls soccer team headed to state

JACKSON, Mo. (KBSI) – The Saxony Lutheran High School girls soccer team are statebound!

The school held a send off the the team on Thursday at the high school at 12:40 p.m. and then another send off at the Perry Park Center at 1:15 p.m.

Tickets for the game must be purchased online at mshsaa.org.

The Crusaders defeated Metro on May 27 2-0 to advance to the Class 1 Final Four.

Mallory Kohlfeld, a Senior at Saxony Lutheran High School says,

“It took a lot of hard work and determination, but we all believed in each other, and we’re all like a group of big friends, it was really easy to push each other and work towards our goal.”
