Scott City R-1 School District launches Early Childhood Special Education program

SCOTT CITY, Mo., (KBSI) — The Scott City R-1 School District is introducing an Early Childhood Special Education program, providing specialized education services to its youngest students.

The program will include transportation services via a newly acquired dedicated bus.

Alexis Atchley, a current district staff member, will serve as the program’s teacher and coordinator.
