Semi hits utility pole in Clinton, drivers urged to avoid area

CLINTON, Ky., (KBSI) — Drivers are being asked to use caution after a semi struck a utility pole in Clinton on Tuesday.

The crash happened around 11 a.m. at the intersection of West Clay and Water streets, according to the Hickman County Sheriff’s Office.

The utility pole, located near the Mission House, was set in concrete, and officials said repairs could take some time.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and use an alternate route if possible.
