Semi-truck leaves scene after deadly crash

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. – State police are looking for semi that left the scene of a deadly crash.

According to MSHP Troop C reports the crash happened around 1:36 pm on November 25 on eastbound I-44 near the 225 mile marker (Sullivan) in Franklin County, Missouri.

Troopers say that a pickup and an SUV were parked along the shoulder of I-44 and a 60-year-old man was changing a tire.

A semi-truck left the right side of the interstate and struck the man changing the tire as well as the SUV and the pickup truck killing the 60-year-old man.

The semi then left the scene.
