SEMO RedHawks Football team remains at #6 in the FCS top 25-Polls

CAPE GIRARDAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Three straight weeks, the SEMO RedHawks remain at the number 6 spot in both the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) and the Coaches and Stats Preform Media Top 25 poll. Keeping there record at the top of their record books, as the programs highest ranking in the teams history.

SEMO had their second bye week of the season on Sunday November, 2 and they prepare for their next game the Game Ball Brawl at conference opponent Lindenwood Saturday.

With a impressive record at 8-1 overall, and a perfect 5-0 in the Big South-Ohio Valley Conference Association play, this SEMO RedHawks team continues to impress. The team is riding a seven-game winning streak into their next game against the Lindenwood Lions.

With a 2-0 record all-time against the Lindenwood Lions in their rivalry game known as the “Game Ball Brawl.” Many are looking forward to seeing the RedHawks hot streak continue.

This weeks FCS polls saw North Dakota state at the #1 spot, followed by Montana State at #2, South Dakota State at #3, UC Davis at #4, and South Dakota #5 right before the RedHawks at their record ranking at #6.

The RedHakwks have ranked in the FCS Top-25 polls for an impressive eight-straight weeks, and a total of 40 weeks in the AFCA or Stats Preform polls. An impressive stat for the 2024 RedHawks Football Team
