SEMO Redhawks new head coach picks up first career win

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KBSI) — Briley Palmer picked up her first career win tonight as Southeast Missouri’s head coach.
The Redhawks beat longtime rival SIU 70 to 58 Monday night.
Kennedy Claybrooks narrowly missed a double-double with 19 points and 9 rebounds.
Lexi McCully and Indiya Bowen followed with 18 and 14 points respectively to lead the way.
SEMO will be at home this Saturday to host another Missouri Valley Conference opponent Indiana State
