SEMO to hold groundbreaking for Roy Blunt Health Professions Hall

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Southeast Missouri State University will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the Roy Blunt Health Professions Hall on April 9.

The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the former site of Dearmont Hall along Normal Avenue, next to Kent Library.

The planned 55,000-square-foot facility will provide new academic and laboratory space for students in SEMO’s health professions programs.

Parking will be available along Normal Avenue. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will move to Kent Library.
