Severe Thunderstorm Watch through 7 p.m. Saturday

Portions of southeast Missouri and southern Illinois are under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 7 p.m. Saturday.

Primary threats include scattered large hail, damaging winds up to 70 mph, and a tornado or two are all possible.

A line of thunderstorms as of Saturday afternoon was moving across far east-central Missouri and expected to continue eastward through Illinois into the early evening hours.
