Shawnee Community College EMT students participate in medical helicopter training

ULLIN, Ill., (KBSI) – Shawnee Community College EMT students recently participated in a hands-on medical helicopter landing exercise with ARCH Air Medical Service from the Carbondale, Illinois base.
The training allowed students to observe emergency response procedures and gain practical experience working alongside air medical professionals.
College officials thanked ARCH Air Medical Service for providing valuable learning opportunities that help prepare students for their future careers in emergency medical services.
