Sheriff’s department makes arrest in felony criminal mischief case

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — An investigation into a felony criminal mischief and criminal trespass incident in early April has resulted in the arrest of a 47-year-old man.

Steven J. Gordon was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies on May 1, 2025, at approximately 1 p.m. after being identified as the suspect in the incident.

Gordon allegedly entered property from which he had been previously trespassed and caused over $1,000 in damage.

He was transported to an out-of-county detention center.
